1. Admission & ID Check

NOIR events are 18+. Please bring a valid ID, it’s required at the door.
No valid ID = no entry, and unfortunately, no refund.

 

2. Entry Cut-Off

Doors close at 01:00 AM. If you arrive after this time, we won’t be able to let you in. No exceptions, no refunds.

 

3. Code of Conduct

We expect everyone to treat each other with respect. Aggressive behavior, discrimination, harassment, or illegal activity (including drug use) will get you removed without a refund. We reserve the right to deny entry or remove guests if needed to protect the vibe and safety of the space.

 

4. Photos & Videos

During our events, we may take photos and videos for use on our social media and promotional channels. By attending, you agree to the use of this material.
If you wish to have a photo removed, contact us via support@noirwrldwide.com.

 

5. Cancellations & Changes

• If we cancel the event: You’ll get a full refund.

• If we reschedule: Your ticket stays valid, or you can ask for a refund.

• If you cancel: Tickets are non-refundable. In rare, exceptional cases (like serious illness), we may offer a voucher, this is at our discretion.

• Line-up changes: A change in artists or timing doesn’t entitle you to a refund.

 

6. Ticket Transfers

Can’t make it? You’re allowed to transfer your ticket to someone else.
Just let us know in advance, only the original ticket holder can report the name change. You remain responsible.

 

7. Liability Disclaimer

You enter at your own risk. NOIR isn’t responsible for loss, theft, or injury unless caused by proven gross negligence.
Take care of yourself and your stuff, we’ll do the same.

 

8. Force Majeure

In rare cases like extreme weather or public health risks, we may cancel the event. If that happens, we’ll offer either a full refund or a voucher. We always aim to find a fair solution.
