As two brothers in their 20s, we felt like there was quite a lot missing in our lives, especially in our hometown The Hague. Clubs with good music, dancing, meeting new people, genuine talks, community.

We kept looking for places, but then we decided to try something ourselves.
13 events later, all selling out, it became clear we weren't the only ones who felt this way.

NOIR creates low-pressure spaces where the bar to connect is just a little lower. Most people know us from CC SOUNDS, an early night built around music, with space to move and room to talk.

 

After a few years of doing this, we realised something. It was never about the lineup, the venue or the music. It's always been about finding the right people.
