Ticket Refund Policy
We appreciate your interest in attending the "CC SOUNDS by NOIR" event. Please carefully read and understand our ticket refund policy outlined below:

Non-Refundable Tickets:
All tickets purchased for the "CC SOUNDS by NOIR" event are non-refundable. Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be returned or refunded for any reason, including but not limited to changes in personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or event cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.

Ticket Transferability:
While tickets are non-refundable, they may be transferable to another individual. If you are unable to attend the event, you may transfer your ticket to someone else. However, please note that resale or transfer of tickets above face value is strictly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of the ticket without refund.
3.
Event Cancellation:
In the unlikely event that the "CC SOUNDS by NOIR" event is canceled by the organizer, ticket holders will be notified as soon as possible. In such cases, ticket holders may be eligible for a refund as per the discretion of the organizer, excluding any processing fees or charges incurred during the ticket purchase.

Changes to the Event:
If there are changes to the date, time or venue of the "CC SOUNDS by NOIR" event, ticket holders will be notified promptly. Tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled event, and refunds will not be issued unless the event is canceled entirely.
5.
Force Majeure:
The organizer reserves the right to modify or alter the event format, schedule, or any other aspect due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government restrictions, or other force majeure events. In such cases, tickets remain non-refundable.
